• Maine Reciprocal Borrowing

As of November, MML has joined the Maine Reciprocal Borrowing Program. This means you can use your Millinocket library card at 67 other libraries around the state.

  • Our Annual Appeal

Each year, we are responsible for raising $100,000 to cover the basic operating costs of our library. These funds are raised through a combination of grants, fundraisers, and support from our Friends and the Town. This year, we must raise $20,000 through this end-of-year appeal to you. You can be part of the hope and energy that MML adds to our community by making a tax-deductible donation in 2019.

  • Middle School Chess Club

Join Chief Worster for an hour of chess every Tuesday at the library. Come to learn, have fun, and get to know your local police chief. Snacks will be available.

Open to all experience levels. Ages 11 and up, please. Call the library with any questions at 207-723-7020.

  • Our Team

The library is supported by a team of more than 40 volunteers, who work at the circulation desk, organize programs, prepare and repair books, maintain our facility, and more.

  • Temporary location open!

Come and check out our temporary space while we renovate our library. Visit our temporary location page to learn more about what we have to offer over the next 6-8 months.
